Two hours after RattleSnake defeated Quantic convincingly with 3:1 the next chapter of this year’s International opens. The community was able to vote eight players through ‘The Compendium’ to participate in this  Solo Championship. These eight will play Best-of-3’s in a single-elimination bracket to determine who is the true king of the midlane in 2013.

Participating players

  • xiao8 (LGD Gaming)
  • Ferrari_430 (Invictus Gaming)
  • s4 (Alliance)
  • iceiceice (Team Zenith)
  • FATA- (mousesports)
  • Mushi (Orange.Neolution)
  • Mu (TongFu)
  • Dendi (Natus Vincere)

Each game of a series ends either when a player gets 2 kills or a player pushes 2 towers. Players are not allowed to jungle or to buy a Soul Ring but it is possible to use runes and bottle-crowing. Both players start with a courier.

All games are mirror-matchups and the deciding third game will always be a Shadow Fiend mirror-matchup. The first 2 mirror-matchups are based on each players blind pick.
