DOTA   11/08/2013 - 18:47 CEST   by carlos

‘Heads up’ will be our weekly summary of all ongoing Dota 2 tournaments that we are covering in our match ticker. As the amount of tournaments is increasing it can be confusing which league is at which state so this article should be helpful.

ASUS ROG DreamLeague (Group stage)

  • ASUS ROG DreamLeague started off with 4 days of entertaining matches. This is in our point of view the tournament to watch at the moment since the production crew really stepped it up.
After 12 played matches Fnatic is on top followed by Alliance and Natus Vincere.

WePlay Dota 2 League – Season 2 (Grand Final)

  • WePlay’s Dota 2 League is already in its final stage. The grand final is coming up this weekend between Alliance and Natus Vincere.
Latter was able to defeat Team Liquid in the Consolation Final and so ‘El Classico’ is set for Sunday at 18:00 CEST. Epic games will be delivered.

Dota 2 League – Season 4 (Group stage)

  • The western division matches have started and the eastern division was on pause for this week.

WPC ACE League 2013 (Group stage)

  • The league stage is already in its second half and Team DK secured the first place already with a comfortable lead before  LGD Gaming,  Vici Gaming and  TongFu.

Dota 2 Champions League (Group stage)

  • After the majority of the games have been played Alliance, Quantic/Sigma.int, Speed Gaming and Team Liquid are as good as qualified for the next stage.
It’s going to be interesting if Natus Vincere and Fnatic are able to make it to the next stage.
